Refund Policy
The short version
If you bought Row & Bed and it's not what you hoped, email hello@rowandbed.com within 30 days of your first purchase. We'll refund you in full. No form, no questions, no retention offers.
1. Who qualifies
Your first Row & Bed purchase, within 30 days of the charge. Both monthly and annual plans qualify. That's the whole rule.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@rowandbed.com with the subject Refund request. Include the email address on your Row & Bed account so we can find it.
You don't have to tell us why. If you feel like sharing, great — it helps us improve — but it's optional. We're not going to argue with you, offer you a discount to stay, or make you talk to a retention specialist. We don't have one.
3. What happens next
We issue the refund within 2 business days of your email. The money lands back on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after that. That second stretch is handled by your bank or card issuer — timing is out of our hands.
Your account stays open through the end of the period you already paid for. Your data belongs to you regardless — export it any time from Settings → Data, whether or not you've refunded.
4. What the 30-day window does not cover
Annual renewals after the first year. Once you've been through a full season with Row & Bed and chosen to renew, you know what you're getting. If your circumstances changed and you want to stop, cancel in your account settings: your access runs out at the end of the period you already paid for.
Monthly charges after the first 30 days. The whole point of monthly is "cancel any time." Cancel in your account settings and you won't be charged again.
Requests outside the 30-day window on first purchases. Email us anyway — see below.
5. Cases where we refund regardless
If something went unusually wrong — a billing mistake, an unexpected charge, a situation we caused — email us regardless of the window. We handle these case by case and err on the side of refunding. No policy beats common sense, and we'd rather give someone their money back than keep them unhappy.
